Shannon is a licensed Personal Trainer and is doing ultrasonic body composition analysis on Wednesday afternoons. Sessions are 15 minutes long and include lean/skeletal muscle, healthy fat/excess fat percentage, body water content, and daily calorie requirements to stay at your present weight, or lose weight – without losing muscle mass in the process – This is very important as we age! She is an expert in providing a system for losing weight successfully and keeping it off.
